Merge Potion on Reddit

These terms cover Merge Potion on Reddit only, the version of the game that runs inside Reddit. See also the privacy policy for this version.

These terms apply to the Merge Potion app on Reddit (“the game”), made by Alfred Stanzl, trading as 23 Heartbeats, Ufergasse 8, 2540 Bad Vöslau, Austria, contact contact@23heartbeats.com (“we”).

1. The game

Merge Potion is a free idle merge game that runs inside Reddit. Reddit's own User Agreement and Content Policy also apply while you play.

2. Diamond packs

You can buy virtual diamonds with Reddit Gold. Diamonds are a virtual item for use in the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are licensed to you, not sold. Payments, Reddit Gold and refunds are handled by Reddit under Reddit's terms. If Reddit refunds a purchase, the diamonds from it are removed from your game.

3. Fair play

Do not use bugs, automation or modified clients to gain an advantage or to manipulate the leaderboards. We may remove leaderboard entries or reset progress that comes from such behaviour.

4. Changes and availability

We may update, change or end the game or any item in it. We try to keep your progress safe but cannot guarantee that the game is always available or free of errors.

5. Liability

The game is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. For consumers in the EU, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Governing law

Austrian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
